We charge a room rate based on which room you book and this covers two adults. Quiet, relaxing, luxury farmstay only minutes away from the famous Hobbiton and 5 minutes from local town Matamata. Your accommodation cost includes a lovely kiwi home cooked breakfast with seasonal produce off the farm. Farm tours are available at $10 per couple if you wish to meet and mingle with the animals on the farm-let. We also offer our lovely venue for pre-Bridal and wedding nights when you can book exclusive use of the Lodge. We accommodate group bookings of 12.

Stay in one of 4 guestrooms featuring flat-screen televisions. Complimentary wireless Internet access is available to keep you connected. Bathrooms feature showers with rainfall showerheads and bathrobes. Housekeeping is provided daily, and irons/ironing boards can be requested.
